Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund for items that are:

  • Unused and in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note, plants and live products are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the address provided with your RAN.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
